BBQ Marinated Chicken – Summer is here

Published on August 4, 2011 | Poultry

BBQ marinated chicken. Nothing describes summer like the smell of BBQ.

Hot and humid day today. Humid for Arizona standards.

After spending a good part of the day golfing  under the hot burning sun, the idea of cooking outside just sounded a bit off wouldn’t you think? Well…. not exactly.

I have some wonderful pieces of chicken  that were staring at me and I decided to marinate them. thus dinner was cooked in a short time. Here is a wonderfully delicious recipe. Tender and juicy pieces marinated overnight with honey for sweetness and mayo to soften the meat.  Garlic… well everything tastes good with garlic.

A nice crisp salad perfect pairing.
