Crepes – A French tradition and so yummy

Published on February 5, 2012 | Dessert

Crepes.  A French tradition.

To commemorate la Chandeleur, on February 2nd in France we have crepes.  I have to admit that I let the day go by without making them, and today I was  reminded to make some.

So back in the kitchen I went and make a nice batch for my son and I. The batter needs a little time to rest and rise. Sugar and Nutella crepes…. I guess no dinner tonight for me.

I have the recipe since I was a teen ager living in France, and of course it is in French.  I will translate it during the Super Bowl and post it later.

Meanwhile enjoy this delicious, mouth watering crepes…
