It all started with my wonderful friends asking me “What’s for dinner tonight?”. Now Giangi’s Kitchen is read in 112 countries in the world, from Mongolia to Mauritius Island, via Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka to South Africa. The Unites States, Europe, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Let’s not forget Qatar, Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait… and many more.
I am so thankful to all of you that read my postings and share them with your friends. Thank you, your love and support is dear to me.
The one person that I am very grateful to, is my son. I love how excited he gets every night sitting at the dinner table.
I love that he took the role of official taster for my blog, and he tries everything I prepare, even mushrooms.
I love that he knows the difference between piccata and marsala sauce.
But most of all, I love that he asks “ What’s for dinner tonight?”
Again, Thank you to everyone and I am looking forward to another wonderful year of sharing our nightly dinners with all of you.
