Payment policy for Giangi’s Kitchen culinary activities
Full payment is required for all cooking classes prior to the date of the activity.
Cash payments and “walk-ins” are not possible. When your booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This is your booking confirmation: but should there be any problem with your payment we will email you promptly.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Giangi’s Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning Giangi’s Kitchen. If a class has been canceled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding Giangi’s Kitchen, all participants will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule to another date, or we will provide a full refund.
In the event a participant cancels a booked class, more than 14 days prior to the date of the class, the option to reschedule to another class is available (subject to class availability) or a full refund. Cancellation of a class 5 days prior to the booked class, a 100% cancelation fee applies or the option to reschedule subject to availability.
OR: If you must cancel a class, we can refund the amount or give you credit for another class up to one week before the class. Up to 72 hours before the class, we can give you full credit for another class. No refunds or credit can be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before class.
Please make sure you turn up on time for the beginning of the class. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your class as we will be preparing for your class. If you cannot make it for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We spend time preparing for each class and purchasing fresh ingredients to ensure a high-quality experience for yourself and fellow participants.
What to bring: We supply all ingredients, aprons & recipes.
General Terms and conditions when attending Giangi’s Kitchen culinary activities
RIGHT TO REFUSE:
Giangi’s Kitchen holds the right to refuse a participant to attend a class if the instructor feels they are intoxicated or may cause harm to themselves or anyone else attending the activity
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: When participating in a Giangi’s Kitchen cooking class where the participant will be around or using sharp and potentially dangerous tools suitable to a kitchen environment, the participant releases, indemnifies and excludes Giangi’s Kitchen LLC and its employees from any and all liability of any kind for any damage or injury incurred while attending or visiting Giangi’s Kitchen cooking classes.
The participant understands these terms and conditions and accepts the inherent risks of a kitchen environment when they book and make full payment for a cooking class.
START TIME: Classes run by Giangi’s Kitchen start on time. If you are not on time for the cooking class, we will proceed without the participant and they will be considered a no-show. Neither partial nor full refunds will be given.
DAMAGE/LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY: Giangi’s Kitchen will take all necessary care but does not accept responsibility for the damage to or loss of merchandise left in the venue prior to, during or after a class. Giangi’s Kitchen is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items in any form.
DAMAGE/LOSS OF GIANGI’S KITCHEN PROPERTY: The participant may be held financially responsible for any damage to or loss of Giangi’s Kitchen property during the class. The cost of repairing any damage to walls, doors or other parts of the property as a result of inappropriate conduct will be charged to the person involved.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF GIANGI’S KITCHEN:
Should Giangi’s Kitchen will be unable to provide for your class due to circumstances beyond their control, Giangi’s Kitchen, is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur.
