Delicious Mother’s Day Brunch at Home

  • 04.18.21

Mother’s Day is that special day that is up to you to make sure it starts with a delicious breakfast in bed or the garden. Either way, show her your love by putting together a great morning spread with all her favorite breakfast recipes, including fresh fruits and juices, muffins, and eggs.

Or schedule to prepare a fantastic brunch a bit later in the morning, where you can eat quiches, salads, or you can enjoy more protein-based lunch recipes.

All the wonderful motherly figures in your life deserve a special day with decadent cakes, sweet drinks, and all your love.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Raspberry Bakes French Toast

An all-time favorite in our family. The wonderful breakfast can be assembled the night before, brought back to room temperature, and baked the morning of Mother’s Day. Super delicious, but I will let you be the judge of that.

Sweet Potatoes Muffins

Not too sweet but light and delicious, these muffins will be the hit of the day. Served with whipped honey butter with jam or just by themselves with a great cup of coffee. Simply divine.

Prawns Cocktail with Kiwis

It is a great brunch starter as it can be prepared the night before and served with the kiwis and shredded salad the day of Mother’s Day. If you love seafood, this will soon become your favorite, hands down. Elegantly served on old-fashioned champagne cups, it will win your mom’s heart and everyone too.

Mushroom Goat Cheese Tarte

Nothing more traditional than a good tarte for brunch. The goat cheese gives it that wonderful savory flavor, and the mushrooms bring it all back. A touch of brandy or Cognac will lift the flavor.

You cannot say brunch and not having a quiche. Traditional French brunch, lunch, dinner go-to dish. Easy to make, perfect for all occasions. So simple to make too, which is a plus. A chilled glass of Champagne, and you have a perfect meal. A side salad is all you need if you are a small crowd.

Zucchini Tomatoes Gratin

Here is a fantastic dish that is not only very simple to make, requires a few ingredients, and is absolutely delicious from the first bite. Spring with every bite.

Light and easy, the perfect plat de resistance to offer for brunch. The mint brings a sharp, fresh summer feel to this dish. The salmon is one of the easiest fish to prepare, and in less than 30 minutes, you can sit and enjoy this beautiful dish.
