    I think you mean “Marinade.” Marinade is the sauce, and marinate is the procedure of marinating.

      Thank you Linda. That is one of those English words that I can ever remember which one goes where as they are the same in French but with the opposite meaning. Confusing 🙂

    Made this tonight, it was delicious. I followed the recipe diligently, as I have little experience cooking fish and am not great in the kitchen generally. What would I do differently? Nothing. I let the fish marinate in the fridge all day, the flavour was fantastic, very balanced, nothing stood out or overwhelmed. Definitely making this again, likely with steamed bok choy and rice. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.
