Roasted Rosemary Potatoes are my “go to” every time I can. I actually love potatoes and if I could have my way I would enjoy them all the time.
So here I one of the easiest, most delicious recipe that you will love. Place the potatoes on the cookie sheet , in the hot oven and never need to turn the cubes. You will enjoy a nice crisp crust, and an inside that will be as tenderly soft as you can only imagine.

Ingredients

Original recipe yields 4 servings

  • 4 peled and cut ito1' bes potatoes
  • 3 to 4 tablespons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of the olive oil on a cookie sheet. In a bowl add the potatoes, rosemary and the remaining olive oil. Mix well to coat all the potatoes cubes.

  3. Place the potatoes on the cookie sheet and sprinkle generously with the salt. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the potatoes have formed a nice crust on the bottom and are golden on top.
