1 6 oz. skirt steak (per person)
salt

Preparation Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet over high heat. Sprinkle salt on the bottom of the skillet and let the skillet get very hot.

  2. Add the steaks and sear until the steaks are done to the person preference.
