Ingredients

  • 0.5 yellow onion 1/2 medium finely choped yellow onion
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Rice with dried cranberries, sweet, tasty and healthy all in one dish. A wonderful spin to the rice that goes well with all poultry, meats and fish.

  2. Add the chicken stock and mix well. Boil the chicken stock down and add as needed to keep the rice moist and cooking.

  3. Taste and season with Slavosalt .

  4. Serve hot.
