Split the bacon in half and cook over medium high until nice and crisp.
Toast the muffin in the toaster until nicely crisp. Spread some mayonnaise with some mustard on both sides of the muffin.
Cook the egg over medium. Salt and pepper . When the egg is almost ready add the Swiss cheese on top of the egg.
Place the egg and cheese over one piece of muffin, add the bacon and cover with the other piece of muffin.
