Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place slices of orange on it and top them with the salmon fillets
Sprinkle salt and pepper and cover with a few more slices of oranges.
Cook in the preheat oven at 375 for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven, With the back of a fork press down the top slices of orange so the juices can run over the salmon. Serve on a warm plate discard all orange slices.
