  • 3 lemons 3 large lemons, squeezed
  • 3 cups pomegranate juice 3 cups pomegranate juice
  • 2.5 cups vodka 2 1/2 cups Vodka
  • 1 cup simple syrup 1 cup simple syrup
  • lemon strips fresh lemon strips
  • spring of mint fresh spring of mint
  • crushed ice crushed ice
  • Pomegranate seeds Pomegranate seeds if you have them on hand, are optional.

For Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar 1 cup sugar


For Simple Syrup

  1. Bring sugar and water to a small pan and simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Chill until ready to use.

For Martini

  1. In a large decanter add the pomegranate juice, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. In a martini shaker add the crushed ice and ½ per glass of the martini mix. Shake well and pour the pomegranate mix into a martini glass, with no ice.

    Add the spring of mint and the fine lemon’s strips.
