  • 4 ounces cream cheese 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • .50 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • .25 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounces sun dried tomatoes in oil 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, thinly sliced

Vegetables: Endives leave, cucumber peeled and cut in small rounds

Breads: Toasted baguette or water crackers

  1. Place the goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined and fluffy.

  2. Place a dollop of the cheese mixture on toasted baguette, cracker, endive or cucumber, top with sun-dried tomatoes
