Or with toasted French bread or crackers. I like the mix of both thus having way more than I should eat.

  • 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounces sun dried tomatoes in oil, thinly sliced

Vegetables: Endives leave, cucumber peeled and cut in small rounds

    Breads: Toasted baguette or water crackers


      • Place the goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined and fluffy.
      • Place a dollop of the cheese mixture on toasted baguette, cracker, endive or cucumber, top with sun-dried tomatoes
