Ingredients

  • 1 kale 1 large cunch, stem removed and chopped kale
  • 2 potatoes 2 large peeled nad diced potatoes
  • 1 zucchini 1, cut into rounds zucchini
  • 2 parsnips 2 small peeled adn diced parsnip(s)
  • 4 garlic 4 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 chicken breast 1 large chicken breast

Instructions

  1. In a large pot place all the above ingredients and cover with water.

  2. Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are tender and the kale is soft, 30 to 45 minutes.

  3. When done remove from heat and with a hand-held mixer, or food processor, puree.

  4. Serve in bowls with a dollop of sour cream.
