Pulling all stops for one more cookie batch in the oven. Peanut Butter Cookies has been a traditional cookie in our house and it would not be Christmas without it.
My mother in law always baked this cookie for my husband. When we could not be together for the holidays, she made sure a huge batch would be in the mail for us.
Easy and delicious this recipe will give two dozen and sinful delight.
TIP: If the fork sticks to the cookie, dip it prior into some flour and then proceed with the crisscross pattern.
