Olive Oil – used to cook the green beans
Garlic cloves – the star of this dish, ensure that all the slices are even to prevent uneven cooking.
Unsalted butter – always use unsalted butter. You want to have control of the seasoning, and salted butter will not only add too much salt to your dish but change its flavor.
Yellow onion – my favorite with all my cooking. White onion or shallot are the perfect substitute.
Green beans – trimmed and cut in half. I like to select the smaller one, it is up to. you which one you select, one crucial factor make sure they are all the same size.
White balsamic vinegar – This brings a level of savory needed with this dish, and the flavor combined with the green beans is terrific.
Apple cider vinegar – the acidity needed to bring out all the flavors

Maggie
This was a tasty side dish that was put together and ready to eat in 15 minutes as stated in the directions. I loved the pop of flavor the garlic gave. The biggest reason I loved it is that it is only 7 carbs a serving. (The nutrition facts say, 10 but my nutritionist said to subtract the fiber.). I will be making this every week.
