Salmon with Rub of Love rub.

I have been under the weather since back from vacation, therefore tonight dinner reflects simplicity and speed.

We decided to have fish and I have been wanting to try the “Rub with Love”  rub.

The rub is a concoction of all natural ingredients such as brown sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, pepper and thyme.

The salmon is enhanced by all the ingredients. I just follow the recipe on the jar lid. Could not be easier.

A crisp green salad with yellow bell pepper in a vinaigrette sauce was the perfect side dish.

To all have a wonderful Friday night and see you back on Monday.

Ingredients

Original recipe yields 4 servings

  • 4 6- ounces each salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Coat each with 2 teaspoons of Rub with Love Salmon Rub.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

  3. Cook salmon on both sided over medium heat. Watch carefully so the rub does not burn.
