I do recommend refrigerating it for a couple of hours before serving. The flavors will settle, and your horseradish cream will taste more refined.

I like to make mine at least 24 hours in advance so the flavors will blend to a rich consistency. If you forget to make it ahead of time, do not worry; it will still be packed with flavor and taste incredible.
