Salmon with Rub of Love – Simple and fast

Salmon with Rub of Love rub.


I have been under the weather since back from vacation, therefore tonight dinner reflects simplicity and speed. Not fun at all and unfortunately all the great plans for dinner got put on hold. However  having always the freezer  with food dinner was easy to put together. We decided to have fish and I have been wanting to try the “Rub with Love”.

The concoction is of all natural ingredients such as brown sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, pepper and thyme.  All the ingredients are enhancing the fish and so easy to put together. Just follow the instructions on the jar lid. You cannot go wrong.

Of course a crisp green salad with yellow bell pepper in a vinaigrette sauce was the perfect side dish not to mention a staple at the dinner table.

SALMON
4 salmon fillets

3 tablespoons Rub with Love Salmon Rub

2 Tablespoons olive oil

Coat each with 2 teaspoons of Rub with Love Salmon Rub.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

Cook the fish on both sided over medium heat.  Watch carefully because the brown sugar will caramelize and burn faster.
